What exactly did james do in San Jose? Please elaborate. Is there a reason why you have not contacted the authories in San Jose? The only reason why I ask is that, the Vegas people can not do anything other than tell you to call the locale where James commited the crime. James does have a history of fraud in San Jose. He started and fed his demon there.
Then Bakersfield probation might be interested in the situation, as he is on informal probation at this time. He makes it sound like it is nothing, but for those of us not on probation now or ever, it tells us that he is a criminal.

The QERV truck unit is completed.
It has passed all phases of internal testing.

Let us all keep our fingers crossed for February 4th court date in Las Vegas. James has pushed his case there since 2006 and I have a feeling that the court is going to say no more. Of course if he pays the money he will stay out of trouble, but he does not even know the trouble that is around the bend from another agency. He owes someone else $17,739.00. I spoke to the agency this morning and they are going to pursue criminal charges against him for the money. Jail time looms unless the money is paid. Too bad for you James you were warned. I will keep all of you posted.

I am expecting a call from Las Vegas by Thursday with an update. His birthdate is 03/30/67. The reason the Vegas update is taking so long is that the court system is backlogged a couple of weeks. I would think that with all the information on Lloyds' site that anyone who is even considering investing with James would reconsider after reviewing this site. Keep in mind that he is facing another felony pretty soon for non payment of child support with a total amount of $17,730.00. As of February the account will be accruing 10% each month, so his total is $19,512.40.
He will leave your family member hold the bag and steal their money. I would strongly advise you to show them this site and it will give them all they need to know about James and his ability to con and steal. I will update as soon as I have information from Vegas.
The report from Vegas is that James has another FELONY Arraignment set for 05/04/10 @7:30 AM.
James I know that you check this site and post under different names. Just know that you have more things to worry about than Vegas.
By the way for those that are interested here is the

Every now and then I do some research on previous claims that have popped up on our friend James. I knew that Maine had some issues with him, but in 2009 the state of Maine filed this in court. It is rather long so be patient while reading.

Carson man indicted in energy scheme

A Carson man has been indicted in connection with a con that invoked the name of movie producer Oliver Stone and allegedly bilked more than $1 million from investors who believed he was starting up a green energy company.
James Rivera, who was arrested Wednesday and appeared in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, operated I Really Wish I Had That, a company that solicited money from investors for a firm that had "exclusive rights" to sell windmills throughout the United States, according to the indictment.
Rivera solicited victims at churches, sometimes citing Bible passages. About half of the 50 victims were elderly, FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller said.
"Victims allege losses of over $1 million," Eimiller said.
According to the indictment, Rivera falsely told investors in 2008 and 2009 that he owned a patent on an alternator
that was being used in windmill units manufactured by a company in Brazil.
Rivera told them that Stone, famous for directing movies such as "Platoon," "Wall Street" and "Nixon," would be the first person to use his windmills to provide all the electricity for a movie production... It was also untrue.
"The world has just changed!" the site said. "Dream Bigger!"
Although the indictment includes charges linked to about $182,000 in investments, authorities said the losses are higher... said Assistant U.S. Attorney Wesley Hsu, who is prosecuting the case.
Rivera surrendered to federal authorities in Los Angeles on Wednesday. After his court appearance, he was released on $75,000 bond.

Here is what I found on the US Court website about James. Looks like his next court date is 12/03/10. He also has a court date in Las Vegas on 12/01/10. We can all be pleased that if anything he will be spending his holidays sweating and worrying.

Court Date is changed to November 14, 2011. Keep your wallets closed people. Also heard that he is soliciting Christian groups to write letters for him to enable him to receive 10 years probation. Do I believe it... No, but stranger things have been known to happen.
