We gathered together some of the most amazing, dedicated, loving, committed and generous people I have ever met. The world is so desperately in need of more people like this. And they gave as much as they could in order to create a better life for the people of this planet. For Africa, for the world. So many times I have sat and dreamed about how much good that money could have done. We could have done it. We could have brought clean water to Africa, we could have cured malaria with the Algone, we could have built the windmill prototype and brought abundant clean power to those most desperately in need in the world.
And the money is all gone now. All of it. And still the world waits, the children cry, and the mothers weep. And the anguish of that is sometimes more than I can bear.
Yes I lost my home. But I will be fine. I have people around me who love me and support me. I am just so sad, that the dream died.
James is the ultimate "wolf in sheeps clothes". He has lived his life this way since he was a teenager and he will continue until he is arrested and locked up for years. Thank you for starting this site on behalf of all the victims of him.

Hello Everyone,
This has been a long time coming. I have spoken to each of you individually. Now it is time we all come together on a conference call this weekend. We are aggressively perusing avenues that are more than promising. I will email you towards the end of the week a reminder of the call that will take place on Saturday October 25 at 10am PST at 641-715-3777 code 186000. We are developing a 30 day plan that we fully expect to put us fully back on track. This is Lloyd, the person that put up the site, to the last two comments, James Quinn is James Rivera. "Quinn" is the name if his son and he is just using it to erase the James Rivera that has stolen so much from so many.
As far as the other comment about getting a life. The money that I and other have and continue to invest in this man isn't a simple matter of " doing your homework", learning the hard way we all do during our life. I don't anticipate getting my money back but this site isn't about that now is it. It is about getting the truth out for everyone to see so they have the truth before they make the same mistakes as others. Your logic chain that culminates with "wanting someone to feel sorry for us" only shows a lack of real insight into this and other cases like this. Are you suggesting that people be allowed to steal, rape and pillage at will and only have a society where the Buyer better beware? Think before you put the electronic pen to the internet.
I listened to James comments on his "webinar" Monday (03/02/09). This was the day after someone sent e-mails about his legal problems and past history to some of/or all of his registered distributors. I found some of his statements very interesting, especially his comment about his criminal charge being so minor that there was only a $500.00 bail set (or did he say the bail was only $100.00)? Guess i'll have to listen to the "webinar" again. I found his statement interesting because I read on the Kern County Court Site that bail amounts for two of his eleven felony charges are set at $100,000 and $20,000. I've never had to pay a bail so perhaps I just don't understand how that works. How does a $100,000bail end up being a $100 or $500 bail?
Mr, Meador, I wish you would ask some of the James Rivera/Quinn followers to leave their blogs here on this site. Then the blogs that are not favorable to James would not be deleted.
Mr. Concerned, I listened and recorded the same call you make reference to. What James said is it took $500 out of his pocket to bail out of Vegas. He said he has an attoreny so that would give him a discount on his bail.
He has spoken about the Bakersfield cases in which he has 1felony charge over a $500 deposit dispute. I am a former law enforcement officer and looked into Mr Rivera perhaps more than most. Everything I've heard him say on calls and some recordings I came across has been accurate in regards to his legal matters.
An FBI field agent told me there is no open investigation regarding James Rivera. This same agent said she is aware that there are some "sore losers" out there who have tried to manipulate the system for their own gain in her opinion. When asked if Mr Meador was one of these there was a long pause and a "no comment" given. That pause told me a lot.
James also said on that same call Mr Concerned is referring to that the DA waved the preliminary hearing and has not required his person at the last two proceedings. This I learned is absolutely true. This is common with felony cases that the DA does not feel are very serious. This is not to say that James will not have to answer for the charges at some point, but it does indicate that there is a great possibility that the felonies will be reduced or even many dropped.
I've been watching Mr Rivera very closely since early January. I too have received emails that have debunked him. There certainly is one real criminal among us. That would be the hacker that breached the IRWIHT computer system, which I suspect is the host of this website Mr Meador.
I am trying to learn of any investigation concerning the hacks and Mr Meador.
Here are a few points that cannot be denied by Mr Meador:
1) He convienantly registered the URL jamesriveraexposed.com within hours of the hacker's email going out to the QERV registrants which makes reference to that web address and now is linked to this site. The hacker's email went out in the wee hours of the morning. Me being 3 hours ahead of CO where Mr Meador is from checked my email around 5:30am and saw the defaming email. I went to the link suggested and it went nowhere. Then, hours later is was linked to this site. Mr Meador claims he just happened to see the URL was available and registered it for himself.
2) Back in January when I was first introduced to the QERV I came accross this site. Back then Mr Meador's claim was that the QERV did not exisit. Now Mr Meador says it does but that Mr Rivera does not have any claim whatsoever to it. At the very least Mr Meador is a flip-flopper
3) Mr Meador says the President of IRWIHT, Paul Montgomery, is from what he can tell a good person. Well many of us have heard Paul talk about IRWIHT's rights to the QERV and his full support of James Rivera. Here is the President of the company, a "good person" as described by the host of this site, giving his full support to James. How can Mr Meador call the President of James' company, a good person and Mr Rivera everthing otherwise? Reason dictates Mr Meador must at least question Mr Montgomery's loyalty to James and Paul's claims of IRWIHT having the exclusive rights to the QERV and its off shoot technologies. This is double mindedness and a clear indication to me that Mr Meador wants revenge and is not a seeker of truth.
4)Mr Meador posted what seems to be a preemptive statement on this site stating that Mr Rivera would most likely produce one or two people that would "verify" James has the rights to the QERV. I checked this site about 20 minutes before the last conference call and that statement was not posted. The day after the call when I checked this site again this statement appeared. Mr Meador clearly is trying to defame Mr Rivera at every front. Many of us have heard Mr Montgomery introduce Mr Morales on previous calls as the owner to the rights of the trucking industry. This was done back in early February, at least thats when I heard Mr Morales for the first time. Again, we have what Mr Meador describes as a good person introduce someone that Mr Meador attempts to debunk and make it look like his statements preceeded James' introduction of Mr Morales on the last call.
5) One of my associates is highly connected in the trucking industry. He has spoken to Mr Morales on a number of occassions regarding that industry which Mr Morales owns the rights for the QERV. I know enough of my associate to know he is a man of integrity, unlike the host of this site.
6) Mr Meador made claims on this site up until recently that there are a number of investigations concerning Mr Rivera all over the US. Now he admits there are none...Flip-Flopper!
7) Mr Meador claims Mr Rivera will not return his calls. I spoke to Paul, President of IRWIHT, that James has told Mr Meador on many occassions to talk to a retired attorney, Lou Flores, who has been handling matters concerning James and Mr Meador. He said "Skip" (Mr MEador's nickname) has always had his calls into Lou returned. Skip fails to mention that while claiming communication with James has been cut off by James.

I could go on, but what is the point. I doubt it takes a person like me with years of law enforcement under his belt to see most of the phoney balony Mr Meador is attemptng to pass off as truth.
What I have learned of the Bakersfield cases is the felony is over a $500 deposit and Mr Rivera is actually out on $50k bail. The $20k bail Mr Concerned is referring to is not accurate as Mr Rivera was never arrested for this as he was simply cited and is free without any bail. It was easier for me to obtain this information but anyone can obtain what I have. The information on the Kern County website is clearly not accurate. On that same site there is a disclaimer that all information contained on the site may not be accurate. The court clerks handle thousands of cases and mistakes like these happen often on information sites such as the one Mr Concerned is referring to.
Mr Meador is choking on his own statement: a lie blended with the truth is harder to determine than either an outright lie or the complete truth. (as he states on this site) As far as I've seen so far the only liar in this senario is himself. There are truths on this site, but there are a number of lies as well. How many I do not know. The few I have found are obvious. Only Mr Meador knows how many lies are contained within this site.
Mr Meador claims to be a seeker of truth but is just as obvious that he is after revenge for something. I have sent a similiar blog entry into the IRWIHT site and was sent a message from Paul that he would not post the message as they did not want to be involved in what he describes as a senseless fight. I respect Paul's postion but may not agree with it. I like to see justice and see Mr Meador prosecuted for hacking into all ofour private information. Mr. Meador here is a challenge for you which I am willing to pay for. Submit yourself to a lie detector test that will explore any involvement or direct knowledge of anyone involved in the IRWIHT hack. We can even throw in the opportunity to be examined the issues I bring up in this blog. You, Mr Meador, are a bully and I hate bullies. I've made a career of putting bullies in the slammer where I believe you belong.
Mr Meador, I am waiting for your response to my challenge.
I have high hope for the QERV. I still have questions though and I suppose they'll be answered on the QERV tour Paul and James have been talking about. They're not asking me for any money so I get to have my questions answered without risk. I have not spoken to James but have had 2 conversations with Paul. The more I have investigated the QERV, IRWIHT, Mr Rivera, and Mr Montgomery...even Skippy, I become less of a sceptic and more of a supporter. We all would wise to refrain from saying foolish things until the tour starts.

I do not have a law enforcement background but consider myself pretty resourceful. I called the church James attended last year. I assume this is the church Lloyd mentions in this site as being used as a cover to dupe other Christians and had taken advantage of its members. I spoke to two pastors there. Both said they were unaware of this site and both said emphatically that James does not owe the church or anyone in the church any money. In fact one said that James was one of their top donors last year and maybe even the top.
Here is another apparent lie from Lloyd Meador you can add to your list of lies QERV Friend. I've done some checking myself, albeit without your kind of resources QERV Friend, and have learned a lot of James' character. Everyone that I've spoken to that is close to James all say the same things about him. They he has a big heart, he is very generous, he is a warrior, he is a visionary, and has a pretty famous temper. I've never heard the last ever come across over the webinars or conferences calls but that does not surprise me. My uncle is a very successful businessman. He has started and sold a number of businesses over the years. He has a lot of the same traits I hear of James including the temper part. I guess it goes with the personality type.
Perhaps Lloyd was the victim of James' temper and the inner child was hurt because the stuff this guy is doing clearly demonstrates someone that was hurt. Well Lloyd...get over it! Unless you are willing to take the challenge QERV Friend has issued you I am going to do my part to point out how foolish you are on blogs and my own QERV website.

One of my friends also talked to Fred Kaufman of Nashville, TN. Fred claims he never invested any money with James. Hey QERV Friend...and another lie to Lloyd's long list of lies regarding James. Fred Kaufman is easy to find he has a website with his name and his # is listed on it. Lloyd you say on your website that Fred Kaufman lost money with James. He said he never gave James a cent nor did James ask any from him.
This is what Lloyd has posted on the front page of his site (Fred and two other people were partners in the Xionyx company but as far as I can see they did not know of the fraud and also lost money and product by trusting James with there businesses being included in the MLM offering)
Fred said he never lost either. Lloyd I wish James would take your offer for you to pay his legal fees and let his attorney go after you for slander. With some basic investigation into many of your claims it is obvious you have a problem with the truth.
I've emailed all the law enforcement agencies you list on this site with 8 pages of the crap we uncovered about your charges of James Rivera.

It would appear that since people have seen it no one has an agreement to sell it?? It would be very simple to scan and post the selling agreement with the inventor(s).

Jorge, it's was made very clear that the inventors do not want a lot of attention here and I don't blame them. Most of their technology is going to be kept secret. The patent(s) they have filed we be revealed on the tour.
I am one of 38 in the study group. I paid a discounted amount to be a part of it. I know what I was getting into when I signed on, it was all laid out for my wife and I. 38 people part of a study does not smell of a scam. I know the device we have in our house, Air-Advice, cost at least twice as much as we contributed to be part of the study. They have turned away many more people that are willing to be part of the study than are. This actually kind of upset me as originally they were going to allow 100. My brother and a co-worker tried to get in and were turned away.
Anyone trying to pull off a scam does not decline money in my opinion. If you read the blog on the greendaddyproject.net site you will see it is peppered with entries from people wanting to be part of the study with replies that they are not accepting any new participants. Allowing 38 people to be part of a study out of the thousands that are chomping at the bit to buy their own QERV does not smell of a scam. It has caused anxiety among the ranks of people hoping they will be able to get their QERV before there is a big back order. If Paul and James wanted to pull off a scam and take their followers’ money the momentum they’ve created has made this the perfect time to do so. Every time they are asked about selling units their response has been consistent. They will not sell any units until the tour starts when everyone can see the QERV for themselves.
If Paul and James are trying to scam us they are doing an awful job of it as they have every opportunity to do it. The testing equipment cost at least $2800 that was shipped to me last week from Air-Advise out of OR. Could I possibly be scammed? The point of scamming is make off with as much money as possible. Paul and James have invested into my part of the study at least twice as much as I’ve put in. The host of this site is trying to incite people with lies. I have no idea how many are contained within this site but my QERV Friend who has pointed a number of them along with the couple I’ve uncovered reveals the real scammer here, Lloyd Meador.
You must understand what makes up a scam before you can intelligently comment on it. Paul and James owe their followers nothing. Yes there is a chance the QERV unit I will get as part of the study will not work as claimed. But we’ve spoken to enough people that have seen the unit to be convinced it’s real. Even Lloyd with all his lies admits the unit is real. If the inventors don’t want to reveal their patents before launch that’s their business. Coke does not give away their formula and no one rakes them over the coals for it. I can tell you the secrets behind the QERV are much more valuable than Coke if this gets off the ground.

This is addressed to Mr. Campbell and Mr. Hill. I am calling BS on both of you. I think that both of you are aka James Rivera. The FBI does not reveal investigations or no investigations. Their responses to inquires are "we can neither affirm or deny". I know because I have spoken to the FBI in the past. And Mr. Campbell, if you are a "former law enforcement", guy what are you doing defending a criminal like James. He is a felon and he did not bail out of jail for a mere $500.00. In Kern County alone he posted 10K on his 100K bail. His motive of operation is to hire an attorney long enough to show up in court for him and then he does not contact them again. I have affirmed this fact. He IS facing 4 felonies in Kern County and his jury trial is set for 05/18/09.
James has a criminal record that is pages long and you two "intelligent” gentlemen only speak of his crimes in the last 4-5 years. He is violent and Narcissistic. You speak of his "temper", what the hell does that mean? So basically you can beat people up and intimidate people and it is okay as long as you have a type A personality? Again BS. James go back to your board and act like the apostle that you claim to be. I am sure that all Lloyd wants is his money back. If you would not have taken his money then this website would not exist. Give the guy his money back and I am sure he would shut the website down. This whole thing reminds me of the movie Wag The Dog. People manipulating reality for selfish purposes.
And by the way just how many women is James really married to? Did “Mr. Hill” or “Mr. Campbell” know that he is married to 2 women? You sharp guys, with all your investigative methods, should be able to tell us that. He actually married Michelle in December 2006 but….. He is still married to Regina Rivera, and still is, poor girl. More proof needed? He filed for divorce from Regina in November of 2007. Wait a minute… you mean to say that he lied on a legal form? He also has a 13-year-old son that he has not provided for at all. This is the same son that he kidnapped in 2004. Now what church or what God advocates this behavior?
The fact of the matter is once again all of you reading this are dealing with a person that robs from Peter to pay Paul. You do not want to be Peter. Paul is anyone that is forcing James’ hand and pursuing legal remedies. I would not recommend giving James access to any personal identifying info about yourself or any family members. You guys would be amazed at what he can do with a social security number and a birth date. Lets not even go into the fun he can have with a credit card or bank account number. And if anyone has given him money, you just provided James with his own stimulus plan, a bailout as the news so often calls it.

I know you have your facts wrong hystera. James has had two attorneys on a recent call explaining the charges and the cases in both Las Vegas and Kern County. There is only one felony in Kern with 4 counts. That's far different than your incorrect information. All of these conference calls can be found in various archives. During the call this same attorney, Eli Gonzales, read the ruling of the kidnapping case, it was reduced to a misdemeanor and James was placed on court or summary probation which was explained as the lowest form of probation there is. Court records revealed the mother as being unstable with a history of mental illness dating back several years ago. It sounds like James needed to rescue his son to me. Its too bad law enforcement agencies react to women’s cries without really looking at the true nature of the facts.
This same attorney laid out the entire sequence of events concerning James’ ex-wife and their son. It appears she does everything possible to keep James from his son. The attorney said there will be an upcoming court date and a change in visitation soon and that James ex-wife would be served. This is taking me a while to write because I have to listen to that achieved call while I write this. Shown on the same webinar were the actual bail certificates. Neither said 100k as it says in the Kern County online system. On most of his cases he is free on his own word to return to court.
I never called the FBI and I would think Jeff (QERV Friend) being in law enforcement would have access to that kind of information. I am a real person and will be in LA on the 25th for the QERV unveiling and the start of the tour. I really could care less about James’ past since he came clean with us from the start. We have all made mistakes. He is not asking me or any of us for any money until we see the unit for ourselves. How hystera can anyone call this a scam if they don’t pay until they see it for themselves? I’m sure I’ve bought goods from people with some colorful past. I am just grateful that Paul and James are giving us the opportunity to sell this life changing technology instead of going to big box stores and conventional distribution as he surely could have and avoided all this mess. God Bless you Paul and James to have the courage to execute your plans without compromise in the midst of so many that wish to do you harm.
The world will remember both these men as very special. I was very skeptical when I first got involved and now I almost feel guilty for looking into Paul and James past so much. I wouldn’t discourage anyone from doing what they have to do to get involved with this technology. Ultimately, the proof will be before us all when the QERV is unveiled. What a day of celebration that will be. If there was a betting pool to this effect I would bet all this noise just melts away once the unit is released and all will be able to recognize how the world had just changed. The ones making all these attacks will then just look more foolish than they do now if they continue.
James deserves all the happiness he can get his hands on in my opinion. He should have a harem if that’s what suits him…lol. Boy hystera you sound like you may be his ex-wife or know her personally. To my knowledge we have never heard from James’ wife Michelle, but she must be a great woman that is just as committed as James is. When it comes down to it I really could care less who Paul and James are married to. The QERV is something very special and these must be very special men along with the inventors that are bringing us this technology. I pray for all these men. I have a particular respect for James, Paul, and his staff that are on the front line trenches with their very lives in jeopardy while they work to release the QERV. I understand why the inventors must stay anonymous. I am convinced the QERV these brave men are giving us will help our country far more than any bail out our government is providing.
Finally, you hystera, have a skewed understanding of God’s love. I think the church you speak of is not God’s true church. The church as you know it according to your comments is the religious spirit that men have created and God clearly hates. His true church lives within His believers. Remember Jesus came for the people that needed Him most, not the ones trapped in a church. Do you put more stock in your church, assuming you attend one, or in your relationship with Christ? If it’s the former I can more easily understand your comments. Many of Jesus’ followers as He walked the Earth in flesh were of not the greatest reputation but they were transformed by Jesus forever. I believe James went through such a transformation at some point to be blessed with such a blessing. That’s why we must all pray diligently for he and Paul. If this is from God Himself as many suspect these men have gotten the attention of high ranking principalities from the dark side.
Here is another gem Lloyd has on his site about James (My intent is not to defame James or anyone else named on this site but only to reveal the truth. ) Where is the truth Lloyd. How are we to believe anything you say.
James and Paul have been up front with the thousands of us that have been following them. They have not asked us for a cent until their product in shown during an upcoming tour. What they are bringing us will change the world.
You admit that the QERV is real yet you deny James has the rights to it. On the same page you say his partner Paul is a good person. Can a good person claim to have the rights to such a life changing technology that he does not have?
We've heard one of the inventors speak twice over the last 2 months on the conference calls. I think he would have mentioned James and Paul did not have the rights to sell his product on either one of them. There have been a number of people we know from the calls that have met with Paul, James and at least two of the engineers that are behind the QERV. They too have spoken on the calls. One of my associates knows one of those guys personally. He never said there was any discourse between James, Paul, and the inventors.
It is obvious you are a grinch trying to deny the world something that will change it forever. Well Mr Grinch you will not succeed. The only thiong you possibly could do is make yourself look more like a jackass.

Hey Hot Sauce you are a bit demented. I don't think James would ever respond to these things. He has taken the high road while people like you wallow in the filth.
Let me address the issue of mental health that is thrown out there. There are no court records that are available regarding the mother’s mental health issues. But James on the other hand….. I guess if I had to be subjected to daily life with James and the abuse that he so freely merits out with his “famous temper” I might act a little nuts also. But you brush off any topics and divert your responses to other issues. The facts are the facts, James is:

I do not know about you, but I have more integrity than to subject myself to associating with unsavory people, such as this. Like the saying goes “you lie down with dogs, you wake up with fleas”.
Why don’t you address the reason for this website to begin with? James stole money from Lloyd. Lloyd did not just give James 50K with no foresight of being paid back. A loan is a loan. Lloyd loaned the money to James and James ran with it. He used it to continue his level of high living to fool others into giving more money. He never dreamed that anyone would ever be smart enough to say, “Hey this is not right and I can alert others to this wrong doing”. Deal with it James, the same as others have to deal with the devastation that you inflicted on them. There is nothing wrong with fighting back, as long as you publish fair and truthful information.
Which brings me to my other issue. You keep talking about you heard this and you heard that. Where did you hear all of these things? On James’ website right? Well since no one can actually ask any uncensored questions or publish any unfavorable blogs on IRWIHT website, How can anyone really be sure that the person giving the information is who they say they are? That is why I suggest people check factual evidence. And my facts are published printed information, not controlled by James, which supports 1-8 above. I can pay anyone to say anything I want him or her to. I prefer to have a phone number to government agencies that I can call and ask questions. And I can assure you that I have never had anyone at those numbers tell me that they are tired of hearing about James.
And this crap about religion that you spew out. All I hear is blah, blah, blah, “ James is great”, blah, blah, blah, “ James is wonderful”. The bible principles are simple. Be a good person, Live like Jesus commanded. Nowhere in any bible that I have read does it condone any behavior that James upholds (Again see 1-8). Yes there is someone in control here and I think that the “high ranking principalities from the dark side”, is the leader of this cult of personality that James and his devoted followers have put together.

3. A con-man (I doubt the due diligence of literally thousands looking into the QERV, James, and Paul with not even a hint of a scam would convince you otherwise)
4. An abuser (We’ve heard of a temper but nothing that suggest abuse. The ones that have talked about his temper are those that are closest to him in this venture. They, by all appearances, love him and are deeply committed. That does not sound like an abuser.)

6. A kidnapper (On Kern Count’s court website it clearly shows this was a misdemeanor, which is not all that serious. If what QERV Friend found out is true then this sounds like an element of a nasty divorce and nothing sinister as you make it out to be)
7. A thief (By the way James and Paul have put this together they can’t possibly steal from us. They turn people away all the time that want to but a QERV now and wait. I know of 8 personally)

It’s difficult to take anything you say seriously hystera as you make such charges anonymously. The thousands of us that support James all are not afraid to reveal our true identities. It comes across as cowardly to make these claims while in the comfort of your concealed identity. Same goes for Hot Sauce.
What do you have to say about the way this company, IRWIHT, is going rolling out this extraordinary technology? They are not asking for any money until they show it and prove they have it and it works as they say. The money goes through a distribution company with over 450 offices nationwide. A company with that many offices and 7000 salesmen I’m sure knows a thing or 2 about due diligence. They also have a stellar reputation. It seems very wise for James and Paul to have aligned themselves with such a giant early on. Would you suppose to deny the world this life changing technology just because you do not like the person delivering it; especially when there is no risk involved? No risk means no potential for scam. If they started taking in money for the QERV without going through these steps then I could give more of an ear to people like you, but that is not the case.
Paul warned us all that the activities against their company would increase substantially as they moved closer to the launch date. Boy was he ever right. Remember James is not the President, Chairman of the Board, or CEO. Paul is the top officer of the company and everything on the net about him has been positive, even from the host of this site. Yet, you detractors focus your attention on James because he is the mouth piece. Why is that? It is more than curious as to why.
By your religious language it’s easy to discern that you do not have a personal relationship with Christ which leads me to believe you are susceptible, hystera, to dark influences and do not have the capacity for expansive thought. You can’t possibly understand much of what I’m saying as you are hopeless locked into a destructive way of thinking. You would deny the world the QERV if you had it your way just to fulfill a personal sick fantasy of revenge.

I've had many interactions with James and have found him to be truthful, honest, respectful, and committed to bringing to the people an energy technology that will benefit their pocketbook and their health. The steps the president and he have taken to organize and put into operation this company shows considerable knowledge of excellent business methods/practices. I've been in the consulting/training industry for over 30 years, worked with hundreds of small/medium/large companies in the area of management development. I'm impressed with their knowledge of all facets of organizational development. They consistently report to the members via 2 weekly conference calls, website, and blog about what is going on in the company.I have listened to most of these calls and have never heard James lie...change his mind because of circumstances..yes. They have had people on the calls that have personally experienced the technology and verify what the company says about it. James has responded to the negative info in a thoughtful and honest way on more than two occasions. He doesn't hide from what is being reported that have happened in the past and half-truths about the present. He has NOT asked for any $$$ and won't until they take the technology on a tour of the USA. 40 people are part of a study group done by an outside co. to verify how the technology performs to verify its fantastic performance. If this what some people are calling a scam why are all of this being done? It seems to me there are people that don't want this technology to be available. We have not seen anything you speak of and there is a huge magnifying glass on James. Since you make these claims as a coward they have no credibility with us. I had a conference call tonight with my group of recruits. One pointed out that James is the founder, which means the company did not pick him, he is the company. He stepped down to and hired a president, Paul, to run his company. That shows wisdom, humility, and other traits not consistent with your charges. Your handle is missing a letter of two…Hysteria.
We, as a group, have decided long ago that since James was upfront with issues swirling around him that we would take a wait and see stance. Since we have taken this posture we have become more impressed with the man you’re attempting to crucify while you hide your identity. One of the reasons we are endeared to James is he plain talks to us. We don’t get spin and we don’t have someone that avoids any question. His own blog which he has control over is littered with critiques and criticisms of the company. His replies are always to the point and honest, even if it is not favorable to him or the company.

I love public information. Did this Eli guy really speak on James' past crimes? Well I wonder if Mr. Eli told the mass hero worshipers that James had a restraining order issued against him to keep him away from the child. And by the way if Regina was so "crazy", why did'nt he just divorce her and get custody of the child. So his solution was to kidnap the child, get arrested, have a restraining order filed against him, and get put on "summary" probation. And that helped his child how???? And he is calling her crazy!!! All, I know is that I deal with real things. I have a family that needs food, warmth, shelter, and clothing. If this is a scam, I do not want people to invest money that they may or may not have. A lot of the business practices are fishy. We have a local contractor going to see what this is all about, so I will see what he has to say. Checking into this has left me with more questions than answers, which is not good business sense.

I have been reading this blog with great interest. The people participating seem to be of high intelligence and integrity, and it would be great to have comments on the following observations.
James et all already have a few products for sale...sprays which impart great powers to the user. Additionally, metal bracelets which also impart great powers, seemingly magical powers. I assume these devices work as various people have claimed. However, their association with the Q.E.R.V. puts the entire endeavor in a category I will let you define.
The Q.E.R.V. is an apparently incredible device. If it performs as stated, 300 watts per hour are consumed, and the results are the same as would normally be obtained from over 5,000 watts. This seems to defy the laws of thermodynamics. However, Nikolai Tesla, most notable of several scientists and inventors of the last century, clamed that there was enormous energy "in the aether around us." Could it be that this energy is being harnessed?
Also, the device apparently is protected by several U.S. patents, something that means that the power of the United States of America will protect the proprietary innovations for 17 years. The patent data base can be searched by a Patent Attorney or Agent, and the patents can thus be found if they exist. They are all public knowledge and need not be concealed, indeed cannot be concealed from an experienced patent expert.
The point was made that Coca Cola has remained a secret for over 100 years, the reason being that it was never patented. It is not protected by anything except the inability to duplicate it. Perhaps the Q.E.R.V. has the same advantage.
To me this project is enormously interesting. Your comments would be of the highest interest.

It's too bad that so many vengeful people are following the launch of the QERV. A product that will change the world and help lots of needy people. But, what can be expected when you are on a mission from God and want nothing more than to serve and help your fellow man for God's greatest glory.
It states in the bible, "That he who is without sin caste the first stone." We all have a past and we are all sinners. It is easy to point the finger at others but when you do that three fingers are pointing back at you so be aware of the repercussions.
I am certain that the people who attack James, this revolutionary technology and its followers are guilty of adultery, former or present addictions, harbor un-forgiveness, suffer from greed, pride, and of being self-righteousness.
Take a long look at your own life before you go around pointing your finger at others. From what was explained on a call over a mointh ago was most of the technology was going to remain a secret. If the cores are pulled apart the frquency charge is immeidately lost and has no chance to be recreated by anyone that does not understand it. The patents that are filed will revealed at the time of the tour. Why they want to wait unitl then has not explained.

Coming from a biology background and my spouse being a chemist, we are natural skeptics. That being said, here are other reasons why we are skeptical.

Briefly, out on $100,000 bond for 1 count of embezzlement by an empoloyee, amount greater than $400 and 3 counts of grand theeft property, jury trial set for May 19.
Out on $20,000 bond on other serious counts, and out on $5,000 for diversion of funds in excess of $1,000, etc.
Also, indictments in Las Vegas, and questions of securities fraud in Maine.
Whew.
I don't know about you, but I'd be wary of doing business with a guy like this until a lot of questions are answered.

Wow! All I can say is that it comforts me that I was not the only one to be fooled by James Rivera's smooth talking methods to defraud people, especially those who exercise their faith to the point of risk.
James is a perfect example of an affinity fraudster. If you don't know what that means, Google it.
I know what it is like to want to believe something so badly, that no matter how many delays there might be, and how many broken promises...you simply do not want to give up. I know people who have been holding onto a dream they invested in a decade ago that are still believing it will happen.
The truth is, everything that Mead says on the website is true and can be validated.
To all of you who have invested with James in this QERV (MERV) project have been taken. Your money is gone. You will never see such a product. #1, it does not exist to the degree that you have been informed (what you saw in Oregon was smoke and mirrors, though not quite as ridiculous as the product he tried to show us in Nevada for his last scam. What a joke that was).
Now, if anyone proves me wrong about the fiction of Casimir and Black holes, it makes no difference. The technology, real or not, belongs to an individual who has a long time ago issued James a cease and desist. James will never publish his "so called" contract here, because in doing so he would have to admit his act of fraud in representing himself as James Quinn in a legal contract.
As long as James holds on to the million or more that he stole from well meaning people, including myself and three of my closest friends (totaling $150,000), he will always be under a curse. Much of the money he stole was to be used in orphanages and foundations to better the lives of children. It did not belong to us. It belonged to the Almighty whose name is blasphemed by James even in the allusion to it in the name of his wind company.
James, it is not me that you have to fear (though I know you do immensely), it is the One who sees your heart and knows every one of your evil deeds. Paul, you are following close behind. I know you as a gentleman, so I can only believe that you have been completely blinded.
To those of you who have so passionately defended James on this blog ( some of you have blatantly lied...I KNOW YOU!) I am so, so sorry for you. I did exactly the same thing at the cost of many good friends and relationships. I would have given my life in defense of his honor. But then I came to my senses and found out the truth. That was the end of the road for me. I have never in my life encountered such a counterfeit of a believer. Follow him around for a few days as I have...watch his habits and his ways...speak to the broken lives he has left in his wake...and you will know too!
And to those of you who claim to be spiritual guides and prophets who defend and speak on his behalf, you share in his guilt and you too are accountable.
I don't pay much attention to this all, in fact the last time I looked at this blog there were only 6 entries, so I probably won't know where or how this thread ends up. I believe you are smart people. You know how to bring James into accountability. You know how to validate his claims regarding his ownership of technology. Don't listen to his smooth tongue. You will be taken in. Just use your good common sense. But then perhaps there is a shortage of that, since you have already parted with your hard earned money.

Wow, I am amazed at the comments by some people. Especially, those who know in their hearts the truth about James and the betrayal of his former associates. I believe James is guilty of one thing, trusting unscrupulous people who had no word and gave no credibility to contracts. Here's the Agreement that is just one more example of how he cannot be trusted, this is still outstanding.
AGREEMENT (3/12/08 Rev.)
This agreement is made between Apostle’s Inc., a Nevada Corporation, herein sometimes referred to as Apostles or the Company, and Lloyd Meador ,sometimes herein referred to as Meador ,an individual,.
These parties have negotiated writings which established that Apostles Inc. owed Meador sums of money. Meador requests full payment for all past due loans as listed below:
Agreements were acknowledged that Meador had loaned the following to Apostles Inc.:
1. $22,000 for a promise to repay plus a 1% interest in Apostles Inc.
2. $20,000 and a promise for Meador to do certain services and for Apostles Inc. to convey a 7% interest in Apostles Inc. to Meador. (1% to go to Magee for E World Productions business plan.)
3. $25,000 in exchange for a 1/12th interest in Xionyx MLM Top Tier.
Because of business and other reasons repayment has not happened as originally anticipated. Meador for business or personal reasons has requested repayment of the above stated sums plus interest.
THEREFORE, for valuable consideration and in consideration for the covenants stated herein the parties agree as follows:
1. Meador and Apostles Inc. will rescind the oral and written contracts described in paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 above when the payments listed in 3 below are completed. Instead Apostles Inc. will acknowledge and promises to pay to Meador $67,000 plus simple interest at 20%, (such interest to be calculated as scheduled below from the date of this agreement until the full repayment of the amounts owed.
2. In exchange, Meador relinquishes his right to acquire the 1% interest in Apostles Inc. as shown in paragraph 1 above, the right to acquire a 7% interest in Apostles Inc. as shown in paragraph 2 above and relinquishes his right to the 1/12th interest in MLM in Xionyx MLM as shown in paragraph 3 above.
3. Apostles Inc. agrees to pay to Lloyd Meador the stated sum of $67,000 plus simple interest at 20 % as follows: An initial payment of $7,500 shall be made 24 hours after the signing of this agreement, and the balance in equal payments. The balance shall be paid within 180 days from the signing of this agreement, (as scheduled below).
4. The calculation of the principle and interest shall be made at the time each payment is made (in accordance with the repayment schedule below).
5. Meador will provide the banking information so that funds can be wired directly to his bank.
6. It is agreed that Meador will not have any right or interest in any of the entities listed herein during the 180 day life of this agreement unless stated payments are not completed within 180 days. Additionally, these rights shall resume only if the payments are not completed within 180 days.

Question: And just who betrayed James TruthSayer? Who did he tell you victimized him? As much as I believe that “Roger Hill” is James, I believe that you are Michelle just by the way you are writing. What an interesting time it will be if this reported Wisconsin trip actually happens. If it happens i'll look forward to the days following, waiting to hear the reports of people that can make it there. I see now on the IRWIHT site that they are claiming yet another "security breach." I can't help but wonder what happened to the military grade security system they were claiming to be setting up a month ago. I can't help but wonder if this new security breach is real or a fabrication for delay. I can't help to wonder about the amazing claims about so many magical products. I often wondered why I never saw a last name for James while others listed their full name. It sometimes sounds like a traveling medicine man show. As the IRWIHT faithful are saying, when the product shows up in Wisconsin it will put all the doubts to rest. Perhaps they are right. This whole process drips with drama and suspense. It will likely be made into a movie soon.

What i see as diversion is just a waste of peoples time.
I wont even build that argument that all great people have sordid pasts- Thomas Jefferson. Nixon.Bush.Obama. Or that James is an angel ..
But rather return to contract law and that argument.
IF James has the rights to QERV AND it works- not only will he be the worlds richest man BUT even the Catholic Church will beat a path to his door to work with him regardless of any crimes he may have committed or been accused of.
Contract law does not preclude a felon from committing to a contract.
If he has a valid contract and the courts conclude that his contract for the patent rights were somehow TINGED by his past -
non-disclosure etc- than perhaps there is a chance that the world will be dealing with someone else for the QERV technology .. But - not being a lawyer i see that as unlikely-
even if he is convicted and jailed for his previous or future offenses IF they do not impare his ability to continue holding his rights
then there is no choice- people will have but to deal with James for his products--
AND if it works it will change the world
and every little old pensioner now chosing between heat or food will honor him for giving them back some dignity--

This is getting kind of entertaining.
You have a couple of guys(R Hill,Truth Sayer) who defend these rip-off artists based on religion.These guys' helmets are on too tight in my opinion.
My thirteen year old daughter was involved in a grade 8 project intended for identifying this particular scam amongst others. 78%(out of 22) of the class voted this one not plausible (actally laughable).Thus 17 teenagers picked up on this fraud.
I don't know the circumstances of how the people that already got cheated got involved with this stuff to begin with but I do feel for them. Was it greed or the "save the world mentality" or some religious type of fraud?
Would someone out there please explain to me how a mature person can honestly believe that a magic wafer exists that can conditions air molecules, a Q-5 filter that puts out "lively air"(what is that?),heat/cool 1600 sq ft on 300 W with some sort of unexplained frequency? Didn't some of these rediculous claims cause at least a little suspision?

My redneck friends and I KNOW these claims cannot be valid and if anyone tried to sell us this BS,they would get their hair slapped off the back of their head.
The next demonstration(if it materializes) will have to do better than suck up some baby powder or the the least of James' et all's problems will be legal cause they'll likely have a lynch mob to contend with!
I've heard they are going to do a special demonstration at Wisconsin. They will be tearing one of their core sections apart to prove it will not work after doing so. It is to prove the technology will be protected if someone attempts to pry it open for duplication. They will first operate the unit showing the heating and cooling outputs. Then they will pry the core open followed by resealing and retesting to show it no longer works. Perhaps there will actually be enough tests to demonstrate the operation is conclusive.
Lynn Stone and her husband, Frank Siciliano, aka Jorge Tapatio, called me on Mrach 9th to talk trash about James Rivera and the Air QERV. I bought the rights to the truck industry in November 08. I have met with the inventors personally and my partner has personally seen the unit in person.
These two are certainly part of the hack as they obtained a private cell number and refused to share with me how they obtained several times as I asked. I brushed them off as best I could but Lynn would not shut her pie hole. Frank was flapping his gums in the background.
I immediately called James at to let him know of the security breach and the BS call. Soon after that call I was called again and cussed out by Lynn Stone for letting me know.
I met these two in Phoenix and we all got the creeps from them and decided not to show the technology. They are obviously bitter about it as I am included in several top level conference calls and others involved have received similiar calls from these jokers.
Bottom line, the QERV is real and James and Paul certainly have the rights to it. Mr Hot sauce does not have the courage to use his real name. He is a short Italian with a Nepolean complex.
I admire James for not getting involved in this mess. I know he just does not have time for it. He's too busy changing the world.

Just following up with everyone. I commend Keith and Paul for coming forward with the truth. This action has saved many people time, money and reputation. Looking over the comments on this blog and it appears that James has used a few false names to try and take the heat off.
To clarify my position once again, this site has never been about revenge or even that I expect to get my money back it is only to use my story to reveal how far James will go to deceive others into giving their life savings over based on a lie. I have been on the phone with Gordon Selfridge. He confirmed that they had a meeting and James walked out devastated saying he was going to commit suicide, so please pray for him. He has not been seen since. He had lost the rights when they split off of the Oregon group had hopes of gaining back the marketing rights by doing a super job of marketing but they did not go with it. Paul Montgomery and the Inventor could not stand it any longer and had to pull the plug. We still have many why questions that may not ever be answered.
There is though a bit of hope here. This technology does exist and so do some units. The group that has the rights has the data base of the pre dealers and have told us that they intend to honor those who had signed up to be able to market this technology when they are ready, possibly in a month or so. Blame it on a sick day and several friends and family from the homeland giving me updates on my estranged brother. It would appear that some people who believed in James are still not filing any charges. I would be anxious to file against him had he scammed/or attempted to scam me. Charges against James if pursued, will certainly bring out the final truth about everyone involved. This scam went on for months with attempts to draw in more and more investors. THIS IS IN RESPONSE TO THE ANONYMOUS EMAIL LLOYD RECENTLY RECEIVED:
My name is Adam and I am James' stepson from his first (and still legal) marriage. Look into James' past and you will surely find that my name will pop up.
I usually do not spend my time on this website, but I thought I needed to emphasize that you all have nothing to worry about when it compes to James' supposed propensity for violence. The truth is that James does not have a history of violence with anyone other than family members. I know this to be a fact because he has never even been accused of violent acts against anyone other than his "estranged" wife. I was in the house many times as he beat the shit out of my mother, and I felt helpless (this happened during my early teenage years) as I found myself trapped in the room with my infant brother Malcolm having to hear him breaking things and hurting her.
The last time that I ever saw James was in January of 2004 when I was 18 and he finally got the balls to attack me. He pinned me against a wall, and that was when I knew the two of us had officially severed all ties.
I know this sounds like a man that you all should be afraid will cause you physical harm. However, the truth is that he is much too smart to hurt anyone other than a family member because he has mastered the art of getting out of a "domestic disturbance". He knows he will not be able to talk his way out of feloneous asault or battery charges. This is why he has never been arrested for such infractions.
If you ask me... the only person I truely am afraid might be in danger of becoming a subject of his violent nature is his "new" wife. I don't know if she is blameless in all of this like my mother is, but I do fear for her because there is another child involved here. It would be a shame for anything to happen to this child's mother.
I would also like to respond to the sentence that says that my mother put him in "this current pickle". You bet she put him in this pickle! I was there in December 2003 when everything this website is dedicated to was set into motion. It was she that came to the realazation that James quite simply was a scumbag criminal who was just taking people's money. This was something that she had suspected for some time, but through the events of the later part of 2003 she did begin to see the clues and pieced this together. So yes it was she that blew the wistle by first confronting him about it in December of 2003, and it was her that began to talk to the authorities in 2004. She attempted to do the right thing. It was James that has been running from these same problems since 2004, and it is the same James that has been creating brand new problems since the same time.
Am I afraid of James Rivera? No I am not. I was once, but that time has long since passed because I know that if James made any attempt to hurt me or my wife, he would be at the very top of the suspect list.
Let me tell you people something. James does love money. You all know this. However, I tend to think that he loves his freedom more than he loves money. Trust me when I say that you are in no physical danger at the hands of James Rivera, and I urge all of you to put as much time and as many resources into bringing him to justice.

To me it is amazing that you are still a free man. I attribute this to the fact that you are really a small time criminal compared to so many others who are out there, and to the fact that you know how to play the system and how to turn people against one another. However, I know the day will one day come when you will have to begin to pay for the crimes that you have committed. I also have a feeling that you might be just as surprised that you are still free, and that you also know that the clock on your freedom is running out.
For James to come on here "pretending" to be someone else, is just further proof of his deception.

This guy owes me $5 grand from an Ultra Tek opportunity... the product was real but he took money from people, provided "training" and never delivered any product. The $5 grand was supposed to include product. A man from Florida who attended training with me lost $15 grand and never got any product.

You may not want to say, but have you filed charges against James? Do you know other people that have filed charges against him?
No I actually don't know.. When I got back home from California I had the understanding then that he was going to be arrested. I think the internet makes things so much easier now. People like him just can't hide anymore.
It sounds like you may have filed charges at that time and nothing came of it. Is that correct? I know it is difficult to make things happen when you are far away from the crime.
The internet does appear to help, assuming many of those scammed will actually do as Mr Meador suggests. Without this blog site no one would know what is happening with this fraud. It would be nice to hear from some people that are actually filing charges.

It would seem that the QERV Product is going to continue without James.
Those who lost money to him have contacted or are contacting law enforcement.
The only response from James has been those guys are being mean to me. -or- Contact your credit card company for a refund.

It appears to me that James is reliving history all over. He sold a dream in Bakersfield that was not his to sell, he collected the money and took off. You would think that in Vegas he would stay low, but again he sold dreams that belonged to another and collected money and split. Now once again he surfaces and has honed his skills to a higher level. He is going to take off soon, as he has before. His history predicts it.
The sad part is that one more time he will leave a child who will one day know all that his father has done!!
As adults we acknowledge that there are people like James in this world. We know we have to watch out for them so they do not hurt us.

In my personal opinion though, it is better for the child to have a memory that will eventually fade than to live with daily chaos that comes with his father.
It's clear to me that James Rivera is a Compulsive Liar and Sociopath.
He even old us on a private conf. call that he never went by the name James Quinn, yet we have many of the original NCNDA's where he signed James "Quinn".
What I don't understand, is why Paul Montgomery and others didn't come forward sooner?
Conspiracy to Commit Fraud is a Felony in most states.

Just following up with everyone after a long wait. I just received my FBI file code so I can call in on the status for the case against James. I mailed them over 400 pages of evidence on James that will help in proving the depth of these crimes. Finally we have got their attention. Thank you to everyone that has and continues to call into the FBI on this case justice it seems, will finally be served.

James is my estranged stepfather (read my previous comments on this blog). It has been a good many years since I last saw John Scruggs (~2002-03). My mother and I have known all about John's rap sheet since about 2004, and it is known that they continue to associate with one another. I don't think that is any sort of secret.
We know all to well what people like James and John put the women they deem disposable through. Let me applaud you for speaking up, but also let me encourage you to do all that you can to bring John to justice. This probably will require you to contact the authorities in Kern County as well as other areas he has been known to reside in.
We need to get people like James and John off the streets before they can steal from more innocent people and seriously alter their li ves forever!

I wish I could tell you more, but I do not know who you should be contacting with John in mind. Please understand that I am only a spectator in all of this. I know of and met John on several occasions, but have had no contact with him for a long time. I am not technically a victim of James as well... my mother is.
The best thing that you can do at this time is to start making phone calls like many people on this blog have done already with James in mind. If you have not done so already, you need to do all that you can to be awarded child support which can in turn put the heat on John and make yet another arrestable offense for him. I am assuming that he is not helping you financially just like James has not given my mother a dime since he abandoned her.
All I know is that John lived in Bakersfield several years ago where I knew him, and that he has been linked with James ever since.
Do not give up your fight Rebecca. This is exactly what people like James and John hope for. It is their hope that they can lay low as long as they possibly can as they know most people out there would just get tired of trying to bring them to justice.
Unfortunately, I think the people that have suffered the most are the families of people like James and John. Becuase they do not owe people like you $50,000 that was taken under false pretence, the authorities tend to not care as much. Do not let that stop you from pursuing John. If you happen to have any information on James specifically, please call the FBI number that is at the top of this page. Who knows, James' fall may eventually lead to the apprehension of John.

I just checked the cases for James Rivera/Quinn. I knew something sounded fishy when Paul Montgomery and Keith Moon (the "inventor") got on the last QERV conference call.
All of James' cases, every single one of the 34 levied against him in Clark County, NV and Kern County, CA have been dismissed except for 1. It shows out of all these cases he only pled to 1 misdemeanor. I did an inmate search in Kern Co where the 1 plea was and James is not in jail which means he probably got time served or nothing at all.
ALL THE OTHER CASES HAVE BEEN DISMISSED!!!!!!!!! WHAT HE WAS TELLING US ABOUT THESE CHARGES ALL ALONG WAS RIGHT!!!!! We who have been duped by the host of this site and those that stole the QERV from us all should be prosecuted.
Now all the crap on this site sounds really pathetic. James, I hope you recover to lead us again. We believe in you and admire your courage! God is surely with you.
There are several of us in PA that never believed what others have been saying about you. It was something in our spirits, a tickle, that told us what had been levied against you was false.

There is nothing pending in Clark County. You can call the DA yourself as I did last week and found info online, it was not so ez to find though. The November hearing is a status check only on the fulfillment of some restitution. James' bail has been exhonerated and after the fulfillment of restitution all cases will be formally dismissed.
Bails are not exhonerated unless there is resolve with the case. I assume the restitution must not be much since all cases are ending up dismissed, like they never happened, no probation, and no longer out on bail.
I'm amazed at how many lies you guys continue to mouth off. There are thieves surrounding the QERV and James is NOT one of them.

The fact of the matter is that since 1993 James has every couple of years dealt with being accused of taking money from people via fraud. Just when one case gets pushed to the side another case is being pushed to the front. What kind of competent business man does business like that. Who in their right mind would want this piece of trash associated with their product? That is why James cannot be successful. His decision-making qualities are poor and he brings chaos and drama to otherwise legitimate business ventures.
Those of you who still support him, be warned that there are agencies still investigating James. Your name is not up for review as many times as James Rivera unless there is something there. James has been trying for years to be a successful businessman. Why has he not achieved his dream yet? Look at his trackrecord. He takes a business and runs it into the ground. And anyone with any stake in that business is left holding the bag, while James runs and hides. He is not successful because he is stupid and lacks proper business sense. He wings it as he goes.

After some research I have finally been able to get a clearer picture of what happened in Las Vegas iwth James' felony cases. He copped a deal with the DA's office to pay back restitution on the majority of the felony cases. The amount he was ordered to pay back is $25,043.00. So once again he has been caught in a lie. On his website he claims that,
"Now that all of my legal challenges have been resolved (all 34 counts have been dismissed with the exception of 1 misdemeanor conviction w/no formal probation)".
But in reality he has to pay back the $25,043.00 by 11/04/09 or he will be sentenced to prison. Las Vegas is holding onto 1 felony case to see if they can get him to comply with the payments. Now why on earth would someone pay back $25K if they did not steal the money? Would any of you? I know I would not.
See how he takes some of the truth and bends it in his favor? Oh by the way James, I have the number of the gentleman I spoke to if anyone is interested. The gentleman told me that plain and simple, "This guy (James) is a theif. He is probably stealing from other people at this moment to pay this debt".
